  • After harvest plan on taking your meat and antlers with you. Or, for convenience we have a taxidermist and meat processor that will pick up antlers, cape and meat.

    • If you are wanting to donate the meat, it is $50 per deer.

  • Meal plan

    • Lunch and dinner will be our primary meals of the day. Lunch will be around 11:00AM and dinner will be after dark.

    • Breakfast: bars, muffins, cereal, etc.

    • Snacks provided

    • Drinks: water and soda

      • Alcoholic beverages are not provided. If alcoholic beverages are wanted please bring your own

  • Transportation

    • Nearest airport is Sterling City, TX

      • Plan on renting a vehicle as transportation to and from the airport is not available through the outfitter.
